Chandigarh, October 17– Haryana Women and Child Development Department has invited applications for conferring State-Level Women Awards to those who have made outstanding achievements in various fields. Those interested can submit their applications till October 18 at the district office of the Department.
Sharing information in this regard, an official spokesperson said that in Haryana State-Level Women Award of Rs. 1.5 lakh will be for given for Indira Gandhi Mahila Shakti Award, Rs. 1 lakh for Kalpana Chawla Shaurya Award and Behen Shanno Devi Panchayati Raj Award and Rs. 51,000 for Life-time Achievers Award along with appreciation letters.
The spokesperson further said that ANMs, nurses, women MPHWs, women players, literate women group members, government employees, social workers and women entrepreneurs would be provided an amount of Rs. 21,000.
The spokesperson said that the women have to submit their complete bio-data along with the detailed information about their contribution in various fields in the office of the District Programme Officer of the Department of Women and Child Development by October 18.
