Ambulance and medical facilities will be available in the counting center

Counting of votes for Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections 2023 will take place on Sunday, December 3. Chief Electoral Officer Shri Anupam Rajan said that the counting of votes will start from 8 am in the counting centers established in all 52 district headquarters. Round wise results of vote counting will be displayed in all the counting centres. First of all, the counting of postal ballots will start from 8 am. Half an hour later, at 8:30 am, the counting of votes recorded in EVMs will begin. After the counting of postal ballots is over, the postal votes received by each candidate will be announced.

Chief Electoral Officer Shri Rajan has instructed all 52 Collectors and District Election Officers to compulsorily keep treatment facilities including ambulance and medical staff in the counting centres.

Shri Rajan told that in Bhopal city, the trends and results of the vote counting will be displayed through the display wall near Chief Electoral Officer Office, Arera Hills, Nirvachan Sadan, Rani Kamlapati Railway Station, DB Mall-MP Nagar, Ashima Mall-Hoshangabad Road, Aura Mall-Shahpura, Main Railway Station Bhopal and near Bake & Shake at 10 no. Market. The results of counting of votes can also be seen on the website of Election Commission of India https://results.eci.gov.in and Voter Helpline App (VHA). Voter Helpline App can be downloaded from Google Play Store. Apart from this, the results of vote counting will also be displayed on https://ceomadhyapradesh.nic.in.
