Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Gwalior Trade Fair is set to showcase an international form. For this Necessary steps will be ensured in line of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s intent to encourage trade fairs.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the inaugural ceremony of Trade Fair in Gwalior today. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that development efforts will be made with the intent of decentralizing the systems. this resolve. To work in line with Prime Minister Shri Modi’s intent, focused efforts will be made for the progress of the poor, youth and women. The Shrimant Madhavrao Scindia Trade Fair is held annually in Gwalior. This fair has its own importance. He said that the fair is a symbol of our civilization and culture. Former Union Minister Late Shri Madhavrao Scindia has made a significant contribution in the development of Gwalior Mela. It provided a new form and made the Gwalior Trade Fair a symbol of the region. He said that there will be 50 percent rebate on sales tax in the fair.

Addressing the programme, Union Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia said that Gwalior Trade Fair has a history of more than 100 years old. It took a boost after the Corona period last year and now target is to reach the business of about 1000 crores. It is the pride of this area. The people of Gwalior region have a special connection with it.
