Looking at the convenience of people, cabinet Minister Gurkirat Singh under the able guidance of Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi and PWD Minister Vijay Inder Singla inaugurated a Railway Overbridge in Focal Point Khanna today.

The project was inaugurated at level crossing no c-164, Ambala-Ludhiana section with an estimated cost of Rs 36.95 crore.
This ROB will prove to be a boon for the industrialists and a large number of people working in Focal Point. Traffic snarls at the railway crossing had become a nightmare for the people of Khanna but with the completion of this ROB not only would the traffic congestion ease for residents of Khanna but also for the people using the roads adjacent to focal point.
“This project was much needed for the people of khanna and I’m glad that it has been initiated. Our CM Charanjit Singh Channi and PWD Minister Vijayinder Singla have been very supportive for the same,” stated Gurkirat singh while inaugurating this project.
SDO Nirmal Singh, president MC Kamaljit Singh, EO Charanjit Singh were amongst the Prominent people present at the occasion.
