Chairman LAHDC, Leh hosted the Tricolour at Council Secretariat

LAHDC, Leh celebrated India’s 74th ‘Independence Day’ with great zeal and enthusiasm. The Chairman/Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Leh Gyal P Wangyal hoisted the national flag at Council Secretariat today morning. CEC was accorded a guard of honor by newly formed Ladakh Police for the first time on the occasion.
Among the present on the occasion were Dy. Chairman Tsering Sandup, Executive Councilor for Agriculture Phunchok Stanzin, Executive Councilor for Education Konchok Stanzin, Executive Councillor for Minority Mumtaz Husain, Deputy Commissioner/CEO LAHDC, Leh Sachin Kumar, Councilors of LAHDC, Leh, and staff of Council Secretariat, Leh
In his Independence Day message, CEC Wangyal greeted the people and extended his warm greeting on the occasion of the 74th ‘Independence Day’ celebration. Wangyal conveyed his heartiest greetings and congratulations to the brave soldiers of Ladakh Scouts, ITBP, Ladakh Police, CRP, CISF and BSF forces deployed in Ladakh and Ladakhi students studying across country and abroad.
