-Said, weapons, drugs, drones and tiffin bombs being brought into country through Punjab everyday by Pakistan
-AAP leader called Pakistan a threat to internal security of the country and Punjab
Chandigarh, November 20
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab affairs co-in-charge, national spokesperson and MLA Raghav Chadha has described the love being shown by the ruling Congress state president Navjot Singh Sidhu and Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi towards Pakistan and Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan as very worrying. According to Chadha, this love of Channi and Sidhu for Pakistan is dangerous for the internal security of the country and Punjab.
In a statement issued from the party headquarters here on Saturday, Raghav Chadha said that Punjab is a border state and Punjab Police including BSF has been catching drones, tiffin bombs and intoxicants (heroin) being sent from Pakistan across the border from time to time. In such a time, the growing love for Imran Khan, by state president of the ruling Congress and Chief Minister Channi, is a matter of serious concern. Because various DGPs who command the state have been stating that kilograms of intoxicants are coming from Pakistan across the border, weapons are coming, drones and tiffin bombs are being brought through Punjab; so the Chief Minister of the ruling Congress Channi and state president Navjot Singh Sidhu’s love for Pakistan is worrying.

The statement which has come out has not been given by any minor Congress worker or any outside state worker, but by Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi and Congress state president Navjot Sidhu, which raises questions.
Raghav Chadha further said that the ruling leaders talk about opening the border, all of us have been talking about opening the border for the rate. But what is the situation today? If the border is opened today, then four times the drug, four times terrorism and four times weapons will be sent to India from Pakistan via Punjab. Such words/statements do not suit the Chief Minister and state president of such a sensitive state; the Aam Aadmi Party takes it very seriously.
Chadha said that the pure love that Sidhu has grown has become a big threat to the internal security. Various DGPs of Punjab have also been alerting from time to time and all this is in front of us. The embracing of Pakistan by the ruling Congress at such a time is regrettable, he added.
