Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai lauds CREDA officials and employees for this commendable achievement

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai’s adept leadership has led to a significant achievement for the Energy Department of the Chhattisgarh Government. The state nodal agency, Chhattisgarh State Renewable Energy Development Agency (CREDA), has received the prestigious ‘Skoch Order of Merit Certificate’ for its effective operation and maintenance system of solar power plants.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai conveyed his congratulations and best wishes to the officials and employees of CREDA for this commendable achievement. The honour bestowed upon CREDA is a result of its efficient and robust operation and maintenance system for solar power plants. Notably, CREDA’s proactive maintenance efforts have ensured the smooth functioning of over 2.81 lakh solar power plants in the state, maintaining an impressive efficiency rate averaging between 94 to 95 per cent throughout the year.
The Skoch Order of Merit Certificate was received online by Shri Rajesh Singh Rana, Chief Executive Officer of CREDA, on Tuesday. Other CREDA officials were also present on the occasion.
