Chief Minister visits Central Institute for Research on Buffaloes, inquires about the research work

The Chief Minister also released the book Thermal Imaging

 

Chandigarh, March 26 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal today visited the Central Institute for Research on Buffaloes in Hisar and inquired about the ongoing research work on cloning being done in the Institute. On this occasion, he also released the book titled Thermal Imaging.

While visiting the Semen Lab, the Chief Minister exhorted the scientists to provide vaccines for high milk yielding buffaloes of the best breed to the cattle owners, so that milk production could be increased in the state.

He asked the scientists to make sure to promote the Murrah breed, this would encourage the ‘White Revolution’ as well as strengthen the economic condition of the cattle breeders.

The Chief Minister also gave necessary directions to the scientists for the continuous promotion of research work.

Meanwhile, the Institute Director, Dr. T.K Dutta apprised the Chief Minister about the ongoing research work.

The publisher of the Thermal Imaging book said that through this book prepared by the institute, information on temperature differences and various diseases occurring in animals will be available at an early stage.

On this occasion, Urban Local Bodies Minister, Dr. Kamal Gupta, MP, Sh. Brijendra Singh, Deputy Speaker, Vidhan Sabha, Sh. Ranbir Gangwa,MLA, Hansi, Sh. Vinod Bhayana, doctors, scientists and other dignitaries also remained present.
