Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai greeted all daughters on National Girl Child Day, which is celebrated to raise the consciousness of society towards girl children and the need to respect them. He emphasised that the daughters played a pivotal role in shaping society. Shri Sai highlighted the importance of creating a conducive environment for girls and acknowledged them as the pride of the nation, state, society, and family. He called for increased societal awareness and collective efforts to ensure the well-being and empowerment of girls.
Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai shared that Chhattisgarh leads the nation in sex ratio, which is a proud status for the state. He attributed this achievement to the state’s cultural reverence for women and the nurturing environment for sisters, daughters, and mothers. Shri Sai highlighted the invaluable contribution of daughters to the state’s progress and encouraged them to pursue education, realise their dreams, and actively contribute to the advancement of the country and the state alongside their families. He shared that the state government is committed to the comprehensive development of the daughters, caring for their self-respect, and empowering every girl.
