CM Chouhan plants Gulmohar sapling

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan planted a sapling of Gulmohar at his residence today. The fruits and leaves of Gulmohar are used to make many drugs and medicines. Gulmohar is beneficial in general weakness, thirst, diarrhea, loose motions, anaemia, bleeding from nose, white water, Kamala or jaundice, anorexia and diabetes. Its scientific name is Delonix Regia. It has particularly anti-bacterial, anti-diabetic, anti-microbial, anti-oxidant, anti-diarrheal and anti-inflammatory properties.
