Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan told that gooseberry (amla)plant has been planted in the premises of his residence today. Amla is called Amrutphal or Dhatriphal in Ayurveda. According to Ayurveda, Amla is such a fruit, which has innumerable benefits. Amla regularly increases the immunity of the body. Amla is not only beneficial for skin and hair, but also works as a medicine for many diseases. Amla is used for digestive diseases and jaundice.
Amla is rich in vitamins, minerals and nutrients, which make it valuable.
