CM Shri Chouhan planted a coconut sapling

Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan today planted a coconut sapling in the Chief Minister’s residence premises. Coconut is considered auspicious and fortunate in Indian culture. Therefore it is used in worship, rituals and auspicious works. Coconut water contains good amount of electrolytes, which removes fatigue and weakness and provide a feeling of freshness. One coconut contains about 600 mg of potassium.
