The State Government is celebrating 20 years of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s welfare and Suraj as a step towards fulfilling the resolve of self-reliant India.In the same sequence, Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan will dedicate the buildings of 103 newly constructed Anganwadi centres in 32 districts of the state and 10 thousand poshan vatikas (nutrition gardens) of 52 districts through video conferencing in a programme to be organised in Khandwa district on September 21.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan will also provide nutrition rights information sheets to the mothers of 10 thousand children who have come under normal nutritional level from severe malnutrition in 22 districts. In the programme, Chief Minister Shri Chouhan will distribute maternity assistance amounting to Rs 5 crore to 25 thousand pregnant and lactating mothers under the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana. Shri Chouhan will also distribute scholarship amount of Rs 21 crore to about 75 thousand 961 girls of class 6th, 9th, 11th and class 12th under Ladli Laxmi Yojana.
