Chandigarh, July 15– Haryana Home, Urban Local Bodies and Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij said that construction work of the International Football Stadium, Martyr Memorial, Sports Hostel, Subhash Park, Fourlane Road, Cancer Care Hospital, Multi-Level Parking, Sub-Division in Ambala Cantonment is on the verge of completion.
Sh. Vij informed that the construction work of Sub-Divisional Level Mini Secretariat worth, crores of rupees, is being done at a fast pace in Ambala Cantonment. There will also be facility of State Central Library in the 4-storey Sub-Divisional Level Secretariat to be built in an area of about 1,16,140 square feet. With the completion of construction work of this building all the offices will come under one roof.
The Minister informed that the ongoing developmental works in the Assembly constituency are also being monitored at regular intervals so that the work can be completed within the stipulated time period.
It is noteworthy that there will be a parking area in the basement of the Sub-Divisional Level Mini Secretariat building, while the ground floor will have the SDM office, Tehsil office, e-Disha, Treasury Office, State Central Library, Conference Hall along with 4 lifts will also be installed.
