DC Kargil greets people on Losar

On the auspicious occasion of Losar- the Traditional New Year of Ladakh, Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Baseer ul Haq Choudhary has conveyed his hearty greetings to the people especially the Buddhist community.
In his message of felicitations, the DC said that Losar renews the age-old tradition of amity, brotherhood, love and tolerance among the people Ladakh and brings along joy, happiness and peace.
The DC has also prayed for peace, progress and prosperity of the people on this auspicious occasion.
