In memory of the courageous sacrifice of Char Sahibzade and Mata Gujjar Kaur Ji, the Department of Tourism, Cultural Affairs and Archives, Punjab organise tea and pakoda langar at Archives Bhawan, Sector 38, Chandigarh.
Langar was started after performing Ardas, Mrs. Rakhi Gupta Bhandari, IAS, Principal Secretary, Mrs. Neeru Katyal, IAS, Director, Mr. Rajesh Dhiman, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur and Mr. Rakesh Kumar Popli, PCS, Additional Director, along with other staff members participated in Ardas. After Ardas Ceremony Mrs. Rakhi Gupta Bhandari, IAS, served the langar to the girls.
