DLSA Reasi holds Special Pre Lok Adalat held to settle Juvenile cases
REASI, SEPTEMBER 03 2021 To settle maximum number of cases of Juveniles in conflict with Law, District Legal Services Authority Reasi, as per the directions of and under the supervision of its Chairman R.N.Watal, constituted a special Pre Lok Adalat Bench at the Juvenile Justice Board Reasi.
The Bench consisted of Adnan Syed, Principal Magistrate Juvenile Justice Board, who is also Chief Judicial Magistrate (Presiding Officer) and Nishchint Pachnanda, Member JJB Jammu.
Public prosecutor, Panel Advocates, Ajay Salalia and Ankush Sharma and staff of the JJB Reasi also participated in the settlement of the Juvenile cases.
A total of 10 cases of Juveniles in Conflict with Law were taken up out of which 4 cases were disposed of. Secretary District Legal Services Authority Reasi coordinated for organising the said Pre Lok Adalat Bench.
