Leh, Aug 22: First e-Lok Adalat/VC Lok-Adalat was organized today at district Court Complex Leh, under the direction of Member Secretary State Legal Services Authority (SLSA) J&K. Two benches were constituted comprising of Chief Judicial Magistrate B.A Munshi, Secretary DLSA Leh, Spalzes Angmo, Munsiff JMIC Leh, Chemit Yurgail, and President Bar Association Leh, Shaffi Lassu,
A total of 17 cases of different nature were taken up out of which 11 cases were amicably settled. The cases settled in the e-Lok Adalat were of different nature including Labour cases Rs. 4800/- and in matrimonial cases Rs. 50,000/- were also recovered in the said e-Lok Adalat.
