Executive Councilor, RD & PRD, Forest and Information Department, Er. Punchok Tashi today convened an introductory meeting with the Sub-Divisional level Officers of Zanskar Sub-Division at Conference Hall Dak Bungalow, Padum, Zanskar.
During the meeting, the EC stressed the officers to dedicate their duties for the betterment of the region and work hard as per the duties assigned by the government. Many officers raised various issue of their respective departments to which the EC assured to take up the matter with higher authority in coming days.
Later, the EC visited under construction works at Information Office, Co-operative, Sell Stores and JJM storage tank at main market Padum.
He directed the concerned AEE’s, JE’s to ensure proper monitoring of the ongoing developmental works carried out by their agencies.
He also directed the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Zanskar to closely monitor the concerned executing agencies for quality materials in ongoing works.
