Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that Corona infection should be strictly prevented by creating micro-containment zones in villages where there is corona infection. Committees should be formed in all villages and every patient should be identified and treated immediately after conducting house-to-house survey.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that implementation of Mukhya Mantri Covid Upchar Yojana should be started immediately in the state and its benefits should also be given to the already admitted patients. The implementation of this scheme will be reviewed daily.

Chief Minister Chouhan said that continuous action should be taken against those who sell fake medicines, black marketers. Strict action should be taken against them under the Essential Commodities Actand National Security Act. They are enemies of humanity. Strictest action should also be taken against the hospitals that charge excess fees and the extra amount charged should be returned.

Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing the situation and arrangements of Corona in the state through video conferencing from his residence today. In-charge ministers from all districts, officers in-charge of Corona, collectors, superintendents of police, etc. were present in the video conferencing.

Action under NSA against 21

Action has been taken under National Security Act against 20 persons for black marketing of Remdesivir injection and against one person for black marketing of oxygen. Similarly, action has been taken against 61 health institutions / individuals for charging more fees. An amount of 7 lakh 34 thousand rupees has been returned from them to the families of the patients. Out of these, licenses of two institutions have been revoked and FIRs have been registered against 22 persons.

Form a committee of experts for the third wave

Chief Minister Chouhan said that a committee of experts should be formed to prepare for the third wave of Corona in the state, which will study what is its potential in the state and what preparations and arrangements should be made for it.

Motivate private entrepreneurs to set up oxygen plants

Chief Minister Chouhan said that health infrastructure should be strengthened more and more in the state. Efforts should also be made to produce Remdesivir in Madhya Pradesh. Make efforts for the installation of oxygen plants in every hospital. The government is giving a grant to motivate private entrepreneurs to set up oxygen plants.

Break the chain of infection through the Kill Corona campaign

Chief Minister Chouhan said that Kill Corona campaign is being conducted in village to village, city to city to break the chain of corona infection. Under this, patients are being identified and treated after conducting door-to-door surveys in the villages. Similarly, health check-up, medical kit distribution etc. are being done by creating zones and region-wise corona support centres in urban areas.

11,708 new cases

There are 11 thousand 708 new cases of corona in the state. The number of active cases is 95 thousand 423. In the last 24 hours, 4815 patients have recovered. The weekly positivity rate is 19.4 percent and 12 thousand 270 average cases are coming daily.

More than 200 cases in 14 districts

More than 200 new cases have been found in 14 districts of the state. 1753 in Indore, 1576 in Bhopal, 910 in Gwalior, 795 in Jabalpur, 380 in Ratlam, 370 in Ujjain, 309 in Rewa, 298 in Shivpuri, 242 in Satna, 239 in Narsinghpur, 231 in Dhar, 231 in Sagar, 206 in Sehore and 204 new cases have come up in Singrauli.

Pay attention to C.C.C.

Chief Minister Chouhan directed that attention should be paid to Covid Care Centres in all districts and patients, who do not have a home isolation facility at home or there is less space, should be shifted to Covid Care Centres.

This is not typhoid but corona

During the review of Rajgarh district, it was told that some people are treating corona as typhoid and are even resorting to jhaad phoonk to cure it. Taking this seriously, Chief Minister Chouhan directed that there should be no confusion in the treatment of corona. Even a little carelessness can prove fatal. On seeing the symptoms, it should be treated from first day, do not believe in superstitions.

Tidy up hospital arrangements

During the review of Sidhi district, Chief Minister Chouhan instructed to tidy up arrangements at district hospital. Instructions were given to strictly prevent corona infection by creating micro-containment zones in 272 villages in Vidisha district, 189 villages in Rajgarh district and 245 villages in Sidhi district. Instructions were given to pay special attention to Singrauli district as the weekly positivity rate was found to be 30.5%.
