Chandigarh, September 5 – Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Mr. Dushyant Chautala today released the poetic collection ‘Surahi’ composed by Mr. Gulab Singh Narwal, Chief Engineer, Bhakra Beas Management Board, on the occasion of Teachers’ Day. Haryana Chief Secretary, Mrs. Keshni Anand Arora was also present on the occasion.
The Deputy Chief Minister congratulated Mr. Narwal and said that literature is the mirror of the society. He further added that he hoped the poet had tried to show a new direction to the society through your works. The author of poetry collection Mr. Gulab Singh Narwal said that there are 100 poems in this book, which are based on the lifestyle of people and their social interest.
