Chandigarh, September 4 – The Office of the Principal Accountant General (Accounts and Entitlement), Haryana, has also started disposing or finalizing the final payment cases of General Provident Fund of retired employees / pensioners from online diary management system (ODMS) from today.
The spokesperson of the Accountant General (Accounts and Entitlement), Haryana today said that in the presence of the Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General of the Government of India, Ms. Namita Sekhon two employees filed their General Provident Fund cases and sent it to the Department through ODMS, which was verified by the drawing and disbursing officers of the Department and further forwarded to the Office of the Principal Accountant General.
The spokesperson said that for this facility, the retiring employee will first have to register himself on the mobile phone as a general provident fund contributor and after that he will have to send his last payment online to the Drawing and Disbursing Officer of the Department. An OTP will be issued after it is approved by the Head of Department thereafter the final payment will be sent to the Office of the Principal Accountant General (Accounts & Entitlement), Haryana through online diary management system after verification.
He informed that through the online diary management system, copies of the General Provident Fund Authority letter will be sent to the concerned department, the Treasury Officer and the contributory employee through the online panel.
