Additional Deputy Commissioner, LAHDC, Kargil Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Wani today convened a meeting with concerned officers and religious organizations to make arrangements for Shab-e-Qadr, commemoration of Martyrdom Day of Hazat Ali (AS) on 21st Ramadan possession, Jamiatul Vida and Eid-ul-Fitr.

The religious organizations requested the district administration to make necessary arrangements for the upcoming Shabs, processions, Jamiatul-Vida & Eid-ul-Fitr 2022.
The ADC instructed the concerned officers to ensure necessary arrangements like medical facilities, water supply, uninterrupted electricity, PA system, traffic management etc.
He also instructed both the religious organizations to follow the latest SOPs and guidelines of COVID-19 issued from time to time during the shabs and processions.
The ADC instructed religious institutions to make arrangements of volunteers to coordinate with the administration to pass the processions from defined routes on given time.
The IKMT requested to vacate Hussaini Park for the processions and Eid prayers and also requested not to allow heavy vehicles during night hours on Shabs to avoid disturbance and noise pollution in the vicinity of the congregational sites.

SP DAR Chimba Samstan, Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Munawar Hussain Wazir, Medical Superintendent DH Kargil Dr Kacho Liyaqat Ali Khan, Executive Engineer, PHE, Er Muhammad Hassan, Executive Engineer, PDD Er. Altaf Hussain, Executive Officer MC Shafaqat Hussain, Chief Inspector FCS&CA Muhammad Yousuf, and representatives of AJUIAK and IKMT attended the meeting.
