Lays foundation stone for development works worth Rs 182 crore in Khargone

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav laid the foundation stone development works worth more than Rs 182 crore and dedicated to people development works at Navgraha Mela Ground in Khargone today. Under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in the Indore division, involving a cost of Rs. 167 crores for 41 projects including the Nankodi Barrage, Jhiranya and Karhi Barrage at a cost of 7.54 crores, the construction of new bridges on the Bhagwanpur, Bhikangav, Jhirniya road at a cost of 5.88 crores, road construction works costing Rs 2 crore under the Kayakalp Yojana 2.0 in the Khargone district.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav also inaugurated the Navgraha Fair, which is entering its 132nd year. He gave away benefits to eligible beneficiaries under various schemes.
A Mega Road Show
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was given a warm welcome by the people of Khargone in the road show by beating drums, presenting tribal dance and showering flowers. Women, youth and elderly participated in a large number. Social organisations, business associations and institutions welcomed Chief Minister Dr. Yadav.
CM Dr. Yadav greeted the people by showering flowers on them. When Chief Minister Dr. Yadav reached Navgraha Mela Ground, public representatives welcomed him with a huge garland and greeted him warmly by presenting him with a bow and arrow.
State Govt committed to development of Nimar region
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that implementation of ongoing public welfare and development schemes will continue. Requisite funds will be provided. Entire Nimar has played an important role in the development of Madhya Pradesh. The state government is committed to the development of this region. The proposal to develop a new track coming from the south through Nimar region has been discussed with the Railway Minister. The four lanes being developed will open the doors of development. Activities will also be conducted to create employment opportunities in Nimar region. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that Rs 25 crore has been made available for the development of Navgraha Mela area.
India is marching on under leadership of PM Shri Narendra Modi
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the country is moving fast ahead under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, there are immense possibilities hidden in 21st century India. The world knows Prime Minister Shri Modi’s leadership ability and his commitment towards development. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Modi, India has become the fifth largest economy of the world. We are committed to making Madhya Pradesh a pioneering state under his leadership. The country has made radical changes in the education policy implemented by Lord Macaulay. Under the new education policy, one college will be opened in every district, where all the courses will be available. He said that development activities and public welfare programmes will be reviewed at the divisional level to ensure effective implementation at the field level. Negligence will not be tolerated in development activities.
Devotees visiting Ayodhya from state will receive warm welcome
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the revolutionaries of Malwa-Nimar have made an invaluable contribution in the fight for democracy. The independence was achieved by the sacrifices made by revolutionaries like Tantya Mama and Chandrashekhar Azad. The democratic system provided an opportunity to talented people.
Former Prime Minister Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee gave impetus to the development of the country by launching Pradhan Mantri Sadak Yojana. On January 22, Lord Shri Ram will be enshrined in Ayodhya. Entire world will witness this wonderful moment. Devotees will be greeted by throwing flowers on all the routes through which they will leave for Ayodhya from Madhya Pradesh.
