Chandigarh December 16: Haryana Government has given additional charge of Managing Director, Haryana Financial Corporation to Anurag Agarwal, Chief Electoral Officer, Haryana and Principal Secretary, Elections Department and Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation.
