Sleep is a crucial part of our lives. That is why we should pay attention to our sleeping routine. A minimum of 6 to 8 hours of sleep is required by an adult individual. The sleep should be comfortable and uninterrupted. Without good sleep our physical health can deteriorate. Another important factor of sleep is the right position. There are three positions in which one sleeps- stomach, back, and sides. If you sleep in the right form you can help get rid of several body aches. Here is how:

1.Shoulder Pain: A shoulder pain can be nagging and take a toll on your day to day life. To get rid of the pain make sure you sleep on your back so that your shoulders remain relaxed. Sleeping on your sides can put pressure on your shoulders and give you more pain. Thus, try to avoid it.

2.Neck Pain: Your neck handles a lot of stress throughout the day and can be strained. This could also give you headaches. To get rid of neck pain, you should sleep without using a pillow so that your neck is in level with your body. One can also place a rolled towel below the neck to support it. Sleeping on your stomach can strain your neck further as you face sideways.

3.Back Pain: Back pain can hinder with your daily routine and make everything difficult. Thus, it is essential to get rid of it. This can be done by sleeping like an unborn baby in a foetal position. You also need to place a pillow between your knees while sleeping like that. If that is uncomfortable and you want to sleep on your back, place a pillow under your knees which can relieve any pressure on the back.
