KARGIL, SEPTEMBER 21, 2021
Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor, LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan today chaired a meeting with regard to the preparation of the upcoming Hepatitis-B vaccination camps to be held on 25th and 26th October,2021 at Sankoo and Taisuru blocks by Baqariya Health Care and Research Center (BHC&RC) Kargil.
Chief Medical Officer (CMO) Kargil Dr Munawar Hussain Wazir, Deputy Chief Medical Officer Kargil Dr Muhammad Abbas, President BHC&RC Dr Vilayat Ali, BMO Sankoo, BMO Taisuru, doctors besides other concerned officers were present during the meeting.
The CEC Kargil was informed that BHC&RC will be organising Hepatitis-B vaccination camps on 25th and 26th October, 2021 at Sankoo and Taisuru blocks for which 17 centers have been identified in each block.

The meeting was further informed that schools, medical centres, religious institutions and other locations have been identified for establishment of vaccination centers and good support is being extended by the social and religious organizations of the blocks.
The members of BHC&RC urged the CEC to extend support in terms of human resource and logistics from the administration for successful conduct of the vaccination camps including appointment of laboratory technicians, ice boxes, carriers, vaccine kits, generator sets and other allied requirements.
The CEC assured BHC&RC of all out support for successful conduct of the camps and directed the concerned officers to fulfill the requirements.
CEC Khan while applauding the efforts of BHC&RC in extending voluntary healthcare services to the general population of the district including Hepatitis-B vaccination suggested to ensure proper publicity of the event through all forms of media so that maximum people can get benefited from the camps.
