UDHAMPUR,03 JULY,2021-
Executive Magistrate (Chief Executive Officer PDA) has issued regulatory orders for traffic management on Patnitop Circular Road during weekend rush.
“In exercise of powers conferred upon me under Section 133 of J&K Cr. Pc., it is hereby ordered that on weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) there shall be regulated movement of traffic” the order stated
As per the order there shall be one way traffic movement from Alpine Hotel Onwards with Main Chowk Patnitop as entry point & Kassalghoom road as exit point. No vehicle shall be allowed to enter from Kassalghoom Morh.
Meanwhile, Vehicles shall be allowed to park only at the designated parking slots/sites. SHO Batote & SHO Kud shall ensure implementation of the order in letter & spirit by deploying sufficient manpower at entry point, exit point and at the internal stretches and ARTO Udhampur shall ensure and deploy his manpower for implementation of the order.
Dy. S.P. Traffic Udhampur shall ensure implementation of the order in letter & spirit by deploying sufficient manpower at entry point, exit point and at the internal stretches.
Since this order has been directed against the public & visiting tourists in general, prior individual notices or preliminary order(s) are dispensed with in view of the urgency and sensitivity of the matter. This order shall come into force with immediate effect & shall remain enforced till further order.
