Chief Electoral Officer Shri Rajan will interact with all 52 collectors and district election officers of the state through video conferencing on Thursday, 7 December. Apart from discussing the innovations, best practices, SVEEP activities undertaken by these officers to boost the voting percentage in their respective districts, following the successful completion of Assembly Elections 2023, Shri Rajan will also listen to these officers about their experiences, so that innovations and good experiences can be used for conducting the Lok Sabha elections 2024 in a better way.
Chief Electoral Officer thanked everyone for the peaceful completion of the elections
The process of counting of votes for Madhya Pradesh Assembly Elections 2023 was completed on 3 December. On completion of peaceful elections, Chief Electoral Officer Shri Anupam Rajan addressed all the District Election Officers, Deputy District Election Officers, Presiding Officers, and all other officers-employees, police, home guards, central security forces, national and regional media colleagues of the state and expressed heartfelt gratitude to all those who directly and indirectly contributed in conducting peaceful polls. Shri Rajan said that only with the co-ordinated efforts and active co-operation of everyone, the entire election process could be completed smoothly and peacefully.
