Wives of deceased soldiers prepare tricolour flags in ‘Sadbhavna Programme’

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was presented a special handmade tricolour made in Tinsukia, Assam today at Samatva Bhawan in the Chief Minister’s residence. Brave women of military families prepare this tricolor at the Laipuli Stitching Center operated under the Goodwill Programme of the Indian Army in Assam. In this, machines are not used and the tricolour is completely handcrafted. Shri Nikhil Dave and Shri Prakhar Dave of Lit Chowk Foundation, Indore met Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and presented this special tricolour.

The tricolor flags manufactured at the Center are presented to distinguished persons by the Lit Chowk Foundation with the aim of inculcating among the citizens a sense of respect for the brave soldiers and military officers who sacrificed their lives for the nation. who sacrificed their lives for the nation. The income earned from making tricolour flags is also spent for the welfare of military families. Programmes are organized by Lit Chowk Foundation of Indore to commemorate the contribution of soldiers to the nation and to make the young generation aware of the bravery of the martyrs.
