CM Shri Chouhan had a telephonic discussion with Home Minister

CM Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan spoke to Home Minister Shri Amit Shah over the phone and requested him to send an NDRF team for flood rescue work. Home Minister Shri Amit Shah assured that NDRF team will reach soon. Around 50 people are trapped in the floods in Ashoknagar district and the IAF helicopter is unable to take off due to heavy rains. CM Shri Chouhan is continuously monitoring the flood rescue works in Ashoknagar, Guna, Sheopur, Shivpuri, Datia, Bhind etc. In view of the flood situation in Ashoknagar, orders have been issued for two teams of NDRF and one Army column. Two additional teams of SDRF have also left for Ashoknagar.
