CM Shri Chouhan thanks PM Shri Modi and Union Ministers

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that the farmers of the state have not only got their dues, but the way for their economic empowerment has also been paved. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that Madhya Pradesh is making efforts with full dedication and vigour to achieve Prime Minister Shri Modi’s goal of doubling the income of farmers. Undoubtedly, getting GI tag to Chinnor rice of Balaghat will give further impetus to the achievement of this goal.

Chief Minister Shri Chouhan has expressed his heartfelt thanks to Union Agriculture Minister Shri Narendra Singh Tomar and Union Commerce Minister Shri Piyush Goyal. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that this would definitely pave the way for prosperity of Madhya Pradesh along with increase in the income of farmers. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that this GI tag will bring a new light in the lives of farmers of Madhya Pradesh moving ahead on the path of progress by providing them a global market.
