Takes stock of facilities available to students
KARGIL, MAY 03, 2022: Deputy Commissioner/CEO LAHDC, Kargil, Santosh Sukhadeve today visited Bal Ashram Kargil to join the Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations with the students.
Reader to DC Kargil Muhammad Hassan, Superintendent Bal Ashram Kargil, Kherun Nissa and other concerned officers accompanied the DC during the tour.
During his visit, the Deputy Commissioner interacted with students of the Bal Ashram and took stock of the facilities being provided to them.
He also inquired about the needs and requirements of the students which include indoor sports, augmentation of water facilities, minor repairs and other requirements.
The DC gave on spot assurance to fulfill the required facilities at the Bal Ashram.
Meanwhile, DC Santosh also directed the concerned to ensure proper cleanliness and better facilities to the students.
He also inquired about the functioning of the hostel mess and directed the hostel administration for maintaining cleanliness in the mess besides serving proper diet to the students.
The DC also provided tract suits to students and joined lunch with them on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. The students presented naat, qasida as part of Eid celebrations.
