Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann intensified Aam Aadmi Party’s campaign in Delhi with a series of high-energy events on Tuesday. Rallying support for AAP, Mann resonated with the people’s sentiments, declaring, “Poori Delhi se ek hi awaaz aa rahi hai – iss baar phir layenge Kejriwal,” a statement that reverberated throughout his campaign.
CM Mann led an impressive roadshow in the Vishwas Nagar constituency, drumming up support for AAP candidate Deepak Singhal. Addressing the enthusiastic crowd, Mann emphasized the achievements of the Kejriwal-led government in Delhi and highlighted AAP’s commitment to development, education, health, and ensuring corruption-free governance. “The people of Delhi have seen the transformation brought by Arvind Kejriwal. We are confident they will choose AAP’s clean and progressive leadership once again,” he said.
During a Jansabha in the Jangpura constituency, Mann expressed unwavering support for former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, who is contesting from the seat. Mann lauded Sisodia’s contributions to Delhi’s education revolution, saying, “Manish Sisodia is a beacon of hope and transformation. His dedication to public service is unparalleled, and we are confident the people of Jangpura will stand by him.”
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann continued his sharp critique of the BJP’s tactics, emphasizing their repeated attempts to dismantle the Kejriwal-Sisodia duo, which he said was the backbone of Delhi’s education revolution. Speaking at a public meeting, Mann remarked, “The BJP first tried to break Arvind Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia’s partnership. They jailed Satyendar Jain, Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, and Arvind Kejriwal because they were working for the welfare of the people of Delhi.”
Mann accused the BJP of trying to destabilize AAP, underestimating the party’s resilience and the public’s support. “They thought if they sent a few leaders to jail, AAP would fall apart. But today, the people of Delhi are rallying behind Kejriwal with even greater unity. The BJP cannot believe the massive gatherings and public support AAP continues to receive,” he added.
Highlighting AAP’s achievements in governance, Mann cited Punjab as a shining example of people-centric policies under AAP’s leadership. “In Punjab, 90% of people receive zero electricity bills. We have given jobs to 50,000 youth and delivered on our promises because our intentions are clear. Arvind Kejriwal is a man of clean intent, and we are here to serve, not to turn politics into a business,” Mann asserted.
Mann contrasted AAP’s policies with BJP’s divisive agenda, saying, “While BJP relies on hate and abuses, we focus on building hospitals and schools. Punjab’s government schools have achieved historic milestones under our School of Eminence program, with 158 students passing the IIT entrance exam this year. We even sent teachers to Finland and Singapore for training. This is the difference between us and them.”
Referring to BJP’s lack of accomplishments in Delhi despite 11 years in power at the Centre, Mann questioned, “Modi ji’s government has been in Delhi for 11 years. The MCD was under the BJP until 2023. What have they achieved in all these years? They have no work to show and resort to religion-based politics instead.”
Mann further mocked BJP’s election tactics, saying, “While BJP brings people to rallies on daily wages, Arvind Kejriwal lives in the hearts of Delhi’s citizens. Under his leadership, this ‘jhadoo’ (AAP’s election symbol) will sweep across the entire nation and clean up all the dirt in politics.”
Mann criticized BJP for its hypocrisy, saying, “They accused Kejriwal of distributing freebies, but in their own manifesto, they have promised ₹2500 for women. When Kejriwal gives its ‘Revdi’, but what about BJP’s 25 lac ‘papad’?” But the people of Delhi know that only Kejriwal fulfills his Guarantees.
Mann highlighted AAP’s proven governance model, which prioritizes education, healthcare, and welfare schemes. He also criticized the BJP for its divisive politics and failure to address the pressing concerns of the people. “The BJP talks big but delivers little. The people of Delhi are too smart to fall for their propaganda,” he asserted.
With immense public support and an unshakeable commitment to the welfare of Delhi’s citizens, Mann expressed confidence in AAP’s victory across all constituencies. “The people trust AAP because we deliver what we promise. Delhi will once again choose Arvind Kejriwal and AAP to lead them into a brighter future,” he said.
Bhagwant Mann urged Delhiites to cast their votes in favor of AAP candidates to ensure continuity in progress and development. “The people of Delhi have the power to decide their future. We appeal to them to vote wisely and support leaders who prioritize their well-being over everything,” he concluded.

CM Mann also accompanied Delhi Chief Minister Atishi during her visit to the Election Commission to address the critical issue of polluted water entering the Yamuna from Haryana. Mann voiced concerns about the high ammonia levels in the water and the broader implications for Delhi’s residents. “This is not just a matter of pollution; it’s a question of the people’s health and safety. We have requested the Election Commission to take this issue seriously, and he assured us that he will raise this issue with the CM of Haryana,” Mann stated.
