Visits the forest & plants tree sapling
Ludhiana, October 9:
During a visit to the Miyawaki forest being developed by Vardhman Special Steels Ltd Ludhiana in the heart of Focal Point, here, Deputy Commissioner Surabhi Malik appreciated the efforts being put in by this industrial giant for maintaining green cover of Ludhiana.
She was also accompanied by Additional Deputy Commissioner (Rural Development) Amit Panchal ludhiana along with Sachit Jain, Vice chairman, Vardhman Special Steels Ltd (VSSL) and RK Rewari, ED, VSSL, Manuj Mehta, Sr VP HR & Admn, Amit Dhawan, Senior Manager admn and legal , Vivek Sharma corporate Admn head Vardhman group , Arun Kumar and entire VSSL and Miyawaki team.
The Deputy Commissioner and Additional Deputy Commissioner appreciated the hard work done by vardhman steels towards development of green belt and specially the Miyawaki forest in heart of focal point.
Sachit Jain expressed his desire to develop many more such projects for betterment of ludhiana and Punjab.
