The District Institute of Education and Training (DIET) Kargil today organized one-day training and orientation session for Observers appointed for the PARAKH Rashtriya Sarvekshan-2024.
The session was inaugurated by S. D. Namgail, Chief Education Officer Kargil. He emphasized the significance of PARAKH Rashtriya Sarvekshan-2024.
Namgail urged the Observers to ensure the survey is conducted fairly and smoothly in the district Kargil , which has been scheduled for December 4, 2024 all across India.
PARAKH Rashtriya Sarvekshan 2024 is a nationwide survey aimed at providing a thorough analysis of India’s educational progress, especially aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The survey will assess student development in the Foundational, Preparatory, and Middle stages, offering crucial insights into learners’ growth.
A total of 60 Observers appointed by CBSE participated in the orientation, where they reviewed the survey tools, mechanisms, and potential resolutions for challenges that may arise during the survey.
In Kargil district, the survey will take place in 83 selected schools, involving 2,016 students across seven zones for grades 3, 6, and 9. The survey will be conducted in pen-paper mode using OMR technology for all grades.
CBSE-appointed Observers will play a critical role throughout the survey process, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines and contributing to its success.
