Residents of the districts can submit applications from October 18 to 20

The District Administration, SAS Nagar today invited applications to allot temporary licenses for sale of crackers on Diwali/Gurpurab from residents of the district.
Informing this, Deputy Commissioner Ms. Isha Kalia said that draw to be held on October 26 and aspiring citizens of the district can apply for the temporary license to sell firecrackers from October 18 to October 20 at the Sewa Kendra, Room No. 121. Ground Floor, District Administrative Complex, Mohali.
The applicants can download the application form from the link “Temporary Licences for Sale of Firecrackers” at Punjab Government website https://punjab.gov.in/forms. She said that only residents of the district can apply for the licence with minimum two proofs of domicile. Application received after the last date shall not be considered.
