BPCL Lalru Depot Resumes services
Caters Punjab, Himachal and Haryana for fuel and LPG Supply

District Administration Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar’s efforts to resume distribution operations of Fuel and LPG bore fruit in the late evening as the Bharat Petroleum Company Limited’s Lalru plant started supply.
Divulging the details, the Deputy Commissioner Mrs Aashika Jain said that to thwart the paucity like situation, the District Administration was striving hard since morning to break the deadlock prevailing due to the strike of tanker operators. SDM Derabassi along with SP (Rural) Manpreet Singh and ASP Derabassi Mrs Darpan Ahluwalia was actively convincing the tanker operators to resume the district operations. Finally, they agreed with the District Administration and gave consent to transport the fuel and LPG.
She said that this depot caters the Punjab and Himachal Pradesh besides Kurukshetra, Hisar and Rohatak districts Of Haryana. The Deputy Commissioner while assuring the district residents of no dearth of fuel and LPG, said that the District Administration has been putting strenuous efforts to keep the supply of Fuel and LPG intact in the district to prevent any difficulty.
Making an appeal to the residents not to run after the hoarding of these essential goods said that as a responsible citizen we should not create chaotic situation on petrol pumps.
She further said that as per the directions of Punjab Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the residents would not have to face any difficulty in getting fuel and LPG whatsoever
The other essential supplies like of medicines and milk would also not be allowed to be paralysed, she added.
