Dushyant Chautala reviews ongoing and upcoming projects in various villages of Uchana Constituency

Chandigarh, February 23- Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Dushyant Chautala today reviewed the ongoing and upcoming projects in various villages of Uchana Constituency during a meeting held in Chandigarh.

Dushyant Chautala directed to complete the ongoing projects timely. There will be no shortage of funds for developmental works, he added. He said that the projects related to education, health, sports, roads, electricity, and water should be completed within the stipulated period and construction work should also be expedited. To fulfill the requirement of land for some projects in various villages, he also directed to identify land in the nearby areas.

Dushyant Chautala held a detailed discussion and directed to complete all the formalities as soon as possible and complete the by-pass road of Uchana town by March 15, 2021. He directed to start various works including construction of a Government College after identifying the land in Kakrod or nearby villages, setting up of primary health center in Uchana, starting of health and wellness center in village Mangalpur, relocation of police station to Mandi or any other suitable place in Uchana.

Dushyant Chautala directed to construct a stadium at Uchana Kalan or somewhere nearby after identifying a suitable place along with construction of synthetic track in Alewa village. He directed to set up technical institutes under the Department of Skill Development and Industrial Training in Pegan, Thua, Alewa, Karsindhu, Naguran and Khatkar villages and said that all the formalities should be completed soon to start their construction work.

He also reviewed the construction works of several roads in Uchana region and directed to complete them soon.

On this occasion, Chief Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, DS Dhesi, Additional Chief Secretary, Public Works (Building and Roads) Department, Alok Nigam, Additional Chief Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Devender Singh, Additional Chief Secretary, Science and Technology Department, Amit Jha, Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department, Sh. SN Roy, Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Department, Rajeev Arora, Principal Secretary, Haryana Higher Education Department, Anand Mohan Sharan, Principal Secretary, Town & Country Planning and Urban Estates Department, Sh. A.K. Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Jind, Aditya Dahiya and other officers were also present.
