- An opportunity to purchase industrial, commercial and residential sites in Mohali, New Chandigarh and Rajpura
Chandigarh, October 14:
The Punjab Government has provided an opportunity to the people to purchase property on the occasion of Navratri and Dussehra festivals. The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is conducting e-auction of more than 100 sites for IT, hotel, hospital, industrial, commercial and residential at Mohali, New Chandigarh and Rajpura. The e-auction was started at 9 am on October 10 and would end at 1 pm on October 26, 2020.
Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson said that 55 booths, 6 SCO/ SCF, 2 industrial plots, 9 IT plots, 20 residential plots, 3 hotels, 1 school and 2 Hospital sites are available in the e-auction. Apart from this, 1 petrol pump, 5 commercial sites and 3 group housing sites would also put on auction.
