Governor visited Swayam Siddha Deepotsav exhibition

Governor Shri Patel was addressing the Swayam Siddha Deepotsav exhibition organized by Laghu Udyog Bharti at Bhopal Haat today. A wonderful atmosphere full of joy and spirituality was created by eminent artist Sushri V. Anuradha Singh through different styles of her Kathak performance along with her self-composed presentations. Presentations including Guru, Bhoomi Pranam, Saraswati Vandana and Shiva Stuti were given by the artists of Sanghamitra group.
Governor Shri Mangubhai Patel said that Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has given the mantra of Vocal for Local to build a competent and prosperous India. For its success, the society has to make maximum use of the products of cottage, small entrepreneurs. He has appealed to the citizens to make use indigenous products for Atmanirbhar Bharat and also inspire others. He urged the industry associations to come forward in support of the use of technology in their marketing and to give distinct recognition to traditional products and wished them a Happy Diwali in advance.
National Secretary Udyog Bharati Shri Sameer Moodada informed that in Swayam Siddha series, exhibitions have been organized in Jaipur and Bangalore before Bhopal. He said that the organization helps women in the manufacture and sale of indigenous products to be used on the occasion of festivals like Rakhi, Holi and Deepawali. Sushri Aruna Sharma, President of Sanskar Bharti said that the organization is spreading values in the society through literature, theatre, various arts. In her welcome address, Programme Coordinator Uma Sharma, told that the 5-day Swayam Siddha exhibition is special. Free stalls have been provided to village hand craftsmen cottage industries. Opportunity has also been given to sell products manufactured by Balika Griha and disabled children.
