Holiday has been declared for all shops and commercial establishments under the jurisdiction of the wards so that the voters there can exercise their franchise.

Haryana Government has decided to hold by-elections for the seat of Ward No. 34 of Municipal Corporation, Gurugram and Ward No. 7 of Municipal Corporation, Karnal for which poll shall be held on October 3, 2021. In view of the bye-elections, a holiday has been declared for all shops and commercial establishments falling under the jurisdiction of aforesaid wards so that the voters can cast their vote.

A notification to this effect has been issued by the Labor Department.
