The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering of Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh today organized a special interactive session on Ask me Anything session with Mr. Kapileshwar Singh: journey from PEC to Google on 23rd February, 2024. The session was organised by Prof. (Dr.) Neelam Rup Parkash, faculty at ECE Department of PEC. Along with her, Dr. Jasbir Kaur (Assistant Professor, ECE) and Prof. (Dr.) Arun Kumar Singh (Head, ECE Department),along with other faculty members also graced the occasion with their esteemed presence.
A renowned PEC alumni and the keynote speaker of the session, Mr. Kapileshwar Singh, Lead of Computers and Infrastructure Security from Google shared his valuable insights.
Mr. KP Singh shared his journey from the PEC campus to Google. He also discussed core processors, laptops, Power Allocation in CPUs, Linux Work in Open Access and Energy aware algorithms. He felt nostalgic being again at his alma mater.
Later, he was felicitated by Prof. (Dr.) Arun Kumar Singh and Prof. (Dr.) Neelam Rup Parkash with a token of love and momento.
