O.P. Yadav launches the website of Viklang Sangh Umang Association Sirsa
Chandigarh, February 3- Haryana Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment, O.P. Yadav today launched the website of Viklang Sangh Umang Association, Sirsa.
Yadav said that the institution is dedicated to the welfare of the disabled and create awareness among them regarding their rights. For this purpose, the institution has prepared the website, he added.
He said that this website will help the disabled people to receive the benefits of public welfare schemes being run by the government for them. Apart from this, various types of facilities provided to the Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), important decisions passed by the Supreme and High Courts for the benefit of PwDs, online links for the application of welfare schemes, etc., can be obtained on the website, he added. On this occasion, the Minister assured the institution that he will extend all possible support for the welfare of the disabled.
On the occasion, Commissioner Divyangjan, Haryana, Rajkumar Makkar lauded the efforts being made by the institution Umang for the welfare of persons with disabilities and called upon the disabled persons of the state to make themselves aware regarding their rights.
