People whose annual income is less than Rs. 3 lakh can submit affidavits attested by the Tehsildar or Naib Tehsildar which will be considered valid apart from the certificate issued by Antyodaya Saral Centre: Chief Administrator, Haryana Housing Board
Chandigarh, January 7: Chief Administrator, Haryana Housing Board, Anshaj Singh said that applicants of the Economically Weaker Section (EWS), whose annual income is less than Rs.People whose annual income is less than Rs. 3 lakh can submit affidavits attested by the Tehsildar or Naib Tehsildar which will be considered valid apart from the certificate issued by Antyodaya Saral Centre: Chief Administrator, Haryana Housing Board 3 lakh can submit affidavits attested by the Tehsildar or Naib Tehsildar which will also be considered valid apart from the certificate issued by Antyodaya Saral Centre. With this, the applicant will be able to participate free of cost in the online e-auction of Haryana Housing Board. No other certificate will be required apart from this.
He said that online e-auction is done twice every month by Haryana Housing Board, on 15th and 30th of every month for which the complete information is available on the website of Haryana Housing Board www.hbh.gov.in. Mr. Anshaj Singh said that for those who have been allotted flats under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the facility of giving possession of the flat on paying the registration amount (10 percent of the total price) is being provided after which the allottees can take possession of their flat by showing their downloaded allotment letter at their respective estate manager’s office.
He said that the remaining 90 percent of the amount can be paid in monthly installments ranging from 13 to 20 years according to the convenience of the allottee or take the benefit of subsidy under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana CLSS scheme of up to Rs. 2.67 lakh by taking loans from various banks or institutions.
