Petroleum Conservation Research Association makes youth aware regarding oil conservation
Chandigarh, February 8 – The “Petroleum Conservation Research Association” (PCRA), under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, is making the youth aware regarding oil conservation so that it becomes a National Campaign.
Taking steps in this direction, online essay, painting and quiz competition is being conducted by PCRA for students of Class VII to class X across the country.
On behalf of Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad instructions have been given to all District Education Officers, District Basic Education Officers, District Project Coordinator, Block Education Officer and Block Elementary Education Officers of the state to motivate maximum students of government and private schools under them to participate in the competition. Giving information in this regard, the spokesperson of the Parishad said that schools will have to register for these competitions named – “Saksham” National Competition – 2020-21 by March 10, 2021. Meanwhile, the schools will have to upload the hardcopy of the documents submitted by the students by March 31, 2021. Thereafter, the school has to select and send a copy of two winners on the online website www.pcracompetition.org.
