Reconstituted Enforcement Squads Under COTPA

Dm South Goa has reconstituted the Enforcement Squads for effective implementation of the illicit drug/ Cigarettes and Other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of Trade Commerce, Production, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2003 for all talukas of South Goa. The Enforcement Squads are asked to take action on illicit tobacco products which are without paying taxes including other sections under the COTPA Act, 2003.
