Charanjit Walia and Dr. Anshu Kataria elected as Office Bearers of JAC

Renowned Educationists of Chandigarh elected as office bearers of Joint Association of Colleges (JAC) for the better liaisoning between the Students, Unaided Colleges, Management and Government.
In the elections Chancellor, Chandigarh University, S. Satnam Singh Sandhu has been appointed as the Chief Patron; Mr. Charanjit Singh Walia, President, Nursing Colleges Association as the Patron; President, PUCA and Chairman Aryans Group, Dr. Anshu Kataria as the Co-Chairman and S. Nirmal Singh, ETT Federation as the Sr. Vice President.
Satnam Singh Sandhu said to overcome the crisis faced by the Education sector and to uplift the standard of education in the Institutions of Punjab the Joint Association of Colleges (JAC) is formed. Dr. Anshu Kataria said that the vision of our association is to ensure that every student gets the best education in a globally benchmarked environment to realize dreams of a better future.
Mr. Charanjit Singh Walia and S. Nirmal Singh said while addressing the media that we will work to resolve the problems being faced by the Institutions by bridging the gap between the Students, Parents, Staff, Management and the Government.
Other members of the JAC were also appointed unanimously as follow: President, Federation School Associations, S. Jagjit Singh as the President; President, PUTIA, Dr. Gurmeet Singh Dhaliwal as the Chairman; Mr. Jasnik Singh, B.Ed. Association; Dr. Satwinder Sandhu, B.Ed Association GNDU Colleges and Sh. Vipan Sharma, Confederation of Unaided Colleges Association as the Vice Presidents; S. Sukhmander Singh Chatha, President, Punjab Unaided Degree Colleges Association (PUDCA) as General Secretary; Mr. Shimanshu Gupta, ITI Association as the Finance Secretary and S Rajinder Dhanoa, Polytechnic Association as the Secretary of the Association.
