Secretary to Governor of Haryana, Dr. G. Anupama read the Preamble on the occasion of Constitution Day
Chandigarh, November 26
On the occasion of the Constitution Day, Secretary to Governor of Haryana, Dr. G. Anupama read the Preamble of the Indian Constitution at 11 am which was at the same time also read by the President, Mr. Ram Nath Kovind through Doordarshan.
All the employees of the Raj Bhawan also read the Preamble under the guidance of the Secretary to the Governor.
Haryana Governor, Satyadeo Narain Arya who is in self-isolation due to Corona virus, also read the Preamble of the Constitution.
Earlier, Dr. G. Anupama emphasized on the importance of the Preamble of the Constitution and shared the information regarding Indian Constitution with the officers and employees concerned. She said that all should read the Preamble and try to imbibe its ideals in their daily lives, moreover they should also understand their duties and know their rights.
All officers and employees participated in the programme while ensuring social distancing in the event held at Raj Bhawan. The government guidelines with regard to COVID-19 were adhered to by all the persons present.
