Therefore, paying special attention to the care of children, in order to protect them from winter, young children should wear warm clothes that cover the body completely, along with caps and socks on their feet. During the winter season, fire should never be made in a closed room in the house by lighting an angithi, because the burning of fire produces carbon monoxide gas and due to which the oxygen in the closed room is reduced, which can prove to be fatal for us. is
He said that the district health department has asked the senior medical officers of the hospitals under the district to make necessary arrangements in the hospitals for the treatment of patients suffering from cold.
He said that the patients of asthma and respiratory disease should refrain from going out of the house when it is very cold and also eat hot things like soup, tea, coffee, balanced diet. In this season, warm clothes should be two or three layers. should be found in so that the body temperature remains normal. To make up for the lack of water in the body, drink lukewarm or lukewarm water for a short time or as needed, eat a balanced diet.
